Mother Jones Photo Essay: The World's Most Arresting Images

Italian photographer Pietro Masturzo took the top prize for his haunting photo of Iranian protesters shouting from rooftops during the June uprising in Tehran. I think that this photo essay is a really good one because of the images that were entered with the title "The World's Most Arresting Images." The photos really do arrest your eyes when you look at them, or at least that's what happened to me.
