Jon Bon Jovi has listed his SoHo duplex for $42 million. The rocker bought the 5-bed home in 2007 and reportedly invested millions in renovations. Spanning 7,452-square-feet it has three terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and 360-degree views of SoHo and beyond. He reportedly paid around $24 million. Honestly, if I had the money to buy Bon Jovi's duplex, I would. He is such a great musician.
